Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every order is baked fresh on Friday for a specific customer, our refund and cancellation policy is built around that schedule. We always want you to be happy with your order — if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it good.

Changes and cancellations

  • Before Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET: you can cancel or change your order at no cost. Just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll take care of it.
  • After Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET: ingredients have been prepped and we may already be baking. Cancellations after the cutoff are generally not refundable, but please reach out — we'll evaluate each request case by case.

If something is wrong with your order

We bake every order ourselves and inspect it before fulfillment, but if something arrives damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, please email us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, including a photo if possible. We'll work with you on a fair resolution — typically a replacement on the next Friday or a partial refund.

Missed pickups

If you can't make it to pickup at your scheduled time, please let us know as early as possible. We can hold your order briefly, but unclaimed orders by the end of the pickup window are not refundable.

Failed deliveries

If we attempt delivery and can't reach you (incorrect address, no answer, blocked access), we'll contact you using the phone number on the order. Re-deliveries may incur an additional fee depending on the situation.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Square. They typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and various nuts. We can note allergy requests in the order notes, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a serious allergy, please order at your own discretion.
